How Do I Book an appointment?
You can book online through our secure reservation system, call our front desk, or visit the spa in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service provider.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel an appointment, kindly contact Nurture Spa at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Nurture Spa requires a credit card to reserve the appointment. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours or not show up for your appointment, your card will be charged the full price for the service(s).
Should I arrive early for my appointment?
Yes. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time for check-in and to enjoy our relaxing atmosphere before your service begins.
