• All spa services are subject to availability and require advanced booking.
• Pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, consistent with applicable law.
• A valid payment method may be required to secure appointments, and cancellation policies will apply as outlined at the time of booking.

3. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
• Expiration dates, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 48 Hours notice for cancellations or changes.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

5. Health & Safety

• Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to treatments.
• Nurture Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.

6. Intellectual Property
